The National Association of Women in Construction  is a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote and improve the construction industry by the advancement of women within it. NAWIC offers individual members an opportunity to expand personal and business networks, maintain awareness of industry developments, improve skills and knowledge, and make a contribution to other women in the construction industry

Program: This will be an onsite program.  The presentation will be given by a factory representative. I will send you the reps name and company as soon as I have received it.

Members and guests are invited to attend the NAWIC Fresno Chapter 108 February  General Membership Meeting to be held on Thursday, February 10, 2011, at The Classic Catering Company at Six-Two-Five located at 625 Fourth Street, Clovis, California 

   Networking:                       5:30 PM
       Dinner:                5:50 PM
       Meeting:        6:30 PM
                                       
       Program:  Richard L. Atilano, Community Development Manager, Planning and
Community Development with the Housing Authorities, City and County of Fresno, Allysunn Williams, Director of Planning and Community Development.  Christina Husbands, Community Development Specialist. They will be speaking about the "Housing Authorities' DBE/MBE/WBE Program and the Section 3 Program".        

       Dinner Menu:   Grilled beef kabobs with onions and bell peppers,
rice pilaf, Julienne carrots with basil, tossed greens  
with tomatoes, feta cheese, onions and olives,
rolls with butter, iced tea, water and coffee 


       Dinner cost per person:        Members                $20.00
